DEEPER DIVE
I was approached by my buddies at Arklight Media to help create fresh takes on Mt. Zion Baptist Church’s Deeper Dive Bible Study video podcast. Last year, I developed an overall direction, and this year I was tasked with crafting a version that called back to an ancient aesthetic, while utilizing a muted version of their main color palette.
For the second set of animations, I pulled inspiration from these designs. They helped convey a rougher, more hand-drawn aesthetic. Something that drew the viewer to a more ancient time.
All of these were created as customizable MOGRTs you could easily pull into Premiere Pro to edit text, colors, objects, etc.
